Haribo is a company that makes candy, they claim to be the inventors of the gummy bear in the 1920’s.

They have a “museum” in the nearby town of Uzès. We just HAD to go!

If I would have written this blog entry right after our visit I WOULD HAVE TYPED IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE WE WERE ALL BUZZED ON A SUGAR HIGH SAMMY WAS SAYING THIS IS THE BEST DAY EVERRRR!!!!!! Totally worth it!

When the sugar subsided, we explored Sauve. Enjoy the pictures!

Haribo est une compagnie de bonbons (ils ont inventé l’ours en gélatine au début du siècle dernier. Nous leurs en sommes reconnaissants).

Ils ont un musée dans la ville d’Uzès, à une trentaine de minutes d’ici.

On n’avait pas le choix: fallait y aller!

ET ON A TOUS ETE SUR UN MECHANT BUZZ DE SUCRE PAPA C’EST LA PLUS BELLE JOURNÉE AU MONDE YOUPPI!!!!!!

De retour à la maison, on a pris une petite marche dans Sauve pour évacuer le trop-plein de sucre.
