Started with a subway ride to Brooklyn (the locals will tell you that NYC is more than just Manhattan) and made our way back by walking on the Brooklyn Bridge, a great way to ease into the city.
More walking, with a clear objective: go to the World’s Best Cookie Dough! Sadly, it was closed. But thanks to Google we found another cookie dough place (it’s a thing?!) nearby so sugar high, here we come!
Ended the day by exploring the area near our hotel, including a building named for the improbable 45th President of the USA.

On a débuté la journée par une randonnée en métro jusqu’à Brooklyn, histoire de revenir sur Manhattan via le Brooklyn Bridge; ce fut une belle manière d’aborder graduellement cette cité magique.
Encore de la marche pour aller au World’s Best Cookie Dough… qui était fermé. Mais comment faire pour goûter à cette pâte à biscuit pas cuite, renommée être la meilleure au monde? Google à la rescousse: on a trouvé une autre place. Nous n’irons pas à la cabane à sucre cette année, mais on a eu notre équivalent de sucre!
Pour terminer la journée on a exploré les environs de notre hôtel, entre autre cet édifice qui appartient à ce drôle de mec qui est l’actuel président des États-Unis.
