When you are on the one and only Pont d’Avignon, you can’t help but sing that catchy French nursery rhyme. And sing it again, and again, and again… We had a fun day in Avignon, the city that played host to the Popes for a while in the Middle Ages.
Now it’s back to Sauve and we’re in full countdown mode. To pass the time we just might have to sing a song – hey, I got a good one! It goes: Sur le pont d’Avignon…

Quand on est sur le Pont d’Avignon, on ne peut s’empêcher de chanter la fameuse comptine. Et la chanter encore, et encore, et encore…
Journée bien remplie à la Cité des Papes, mais maintenant nous sommes de retour à Sauve et on est en mode décompte. Pour passer le temps, pourquoi pas chanter une p’tite toune – j’en connais justement une! Sur le pont d’Avignon, l’on y danse, l’on y danse…
