Road trip! We wanted to see the Pont-d’Arc in Ardèche so we stopped there on the way to Lyon. The beauty of this rock formation made us hungry so we went to Montélimar to buy more of the delicious nougat spread (if ever you get a chance to taste it you’ll understand). We are now in Lyon for an overnight stay. Why? Because we wanted to escape the heatwave and spend a night in an air-controlled room, with a pool nearby!

Le Pont-d’Arc en Ardèche nous intriguait, donc on s’y est rendu en route vers Lyon. Tant de splendeur, ça donne un p’tit creux, on a fait un détour par Montélimar pour y acheter de la tartinade de nougat (si jamais vous avez le privilège d’y goûter, vous allez comprendre). On passe la nuit à Lyon. Pourquoi? Pour échapper à la canicule et passer une nuit confortable dans une chambre climatisée, tout simplement!
