Travel day from the Venice area to the Marche region. We stopped in San Marino on the way. It is a country, a very small country: it could fit 8 times on the island of Montreal! Great views as it is at the top of a hill, from where you can see the mountains of the Italian interior and the Adriatic sea to the east.

Journée passée dans l’auto, nous avons quitté la région de Venise pour se rendre dans la région des Marches. En cours de route, nous nous sommes arrêtés à San Marino. Très joli, San Marino, mais aussi très petit: la principauté pourrait entrer 8 fois dans l’île de Montréal! Jolis panoramas, les montagnes à l’ouest et l’Adriatique à l’est.
