Welcome to Kevin, Anne, Alex and Daniel, who arrived yesterday! The 10 of us went to Juno Beach, trying to imagine what D-Day was like for our Canadian heroes. We then learned the story of another invasion, this one a thousand years before when William the Conqueror won the Battle of Hastings, as depicted by the Bayeux Tapestry.
