Happy New Year! We’re back home now while our car is still somewhere in the middle of the Alps. We took the train home after saying goodbye to the Whitlocks, and the insurance company provided us with a rental car for the next week, yay! It was a chilly +9C at home – that’s *inside* the home. Time to get a fire going!

Nous sommes de retour à la maison, et notre auto est toujours au Bourg-d’Oisans dans les Alpes. On a pris le train après avoir fait nos adieux aux Whitlocks, et arrivés à Nîmes, on a appris que la compagnie d’assurance nous payait une auto de location, yé! Fa frette à la maison, +9C – et ça c’est DANS la maison! Bonne année à tous!
