It’s a good sign: when we said “We’re going back home today”, we all knew it meant Sauve. No more “Our Waterloo home or our Sauve home?” It felt good to get back here after a wonderful trip.
We were all a bit worried about the drive from Paris but we spent part of the 700km driving along the volcanoes of the Auvergne region so that made it fun. That and stopping at the Millau viaduct.
Forecast is +16C tomorrow, kids already said they want to go biking!

Quand on a dit aux enfants: “On retourne à la maison”, ils ont tout-de-suite compris qu’on parlait de Sauve et non de Waterloo. C’est bon signe! Ce fut une belle balade de 700km après de belles aventures dans le Bénélux. Nous sommes passés par l’Auvergne et ses volcans ainsi que par le viaduc de Millau, de quoi agrémenter notre voyage.
On annonce +16C demain, on va sortir les vélos!
