More Gaudi influence on our second day in Barcelona. We went to Park Guell, where Gaudi was asked to design a neighbourhood. He let his imagination run wild, the results are, uh, unique. Also, we learned that the word “gaudy” predates Gaudi by 50 years so they’re not related. Merely a coincidence.
This evening, we went to a light show at the Magic Fountain, late night but totally worth it!
